Ryan stopped by to investigate a leak near my hall bath. He was good at troubleshooting and ruled out various causes, including the bath/shower, sink, and toilet. His recommendation is to 1) remove the warped, water-damaged hardwood flooring in the hallway next to the bathroom, and 2) completely dry out the area.
