Alex Smith tech #4223 did an excellent job when my kitchen sink was backed up. My house is old and the washing machine and kitchen lines are configured back to back so it’s weird to snake. Too much food in the disposal backed up over time but now it’s all fixed. He was kind and professional and explained things to me well. Great job.
I had a toilet and shower that was flooded, and Alex came and went above and beyond the call of duty to fix it. He was courteous, professional, and answered all my questions thoroughly.
