We have been not having any workout for about few years. He successfully help us pick up the training track routine without too much pain. Also the place is really nice, not really crowded at all. Highly recommend it to all people!“

1171 Homestead RdSuite 160, Santa Clara“Amazing atmosphere and the yoga teacher was extremely present and attuned to the class at hand. Had to drop it a star because of price. Paying $33 for a drop in feels absolutely gashing. That's partially on me for not looking up the price before heading in for a class, but never in my wildest dreams could I imagine this tag for a single class. I realize cost of living is high in South Bay, but we all have different financial situations and I know mine will keep me from coming back. Great spot though if you can afford it.“
“I had a lingering knee injury that lasted for about 3 years. I hurt my knee playing basketball, and after being sore for a couple weeks, it never fully healed (maybe 70%). I couldn't run for any sustained period of time, and thus my cardio exercise was non-existent. Cut to the chase-- I came here, and they helped get my knee back to 95%! I can run and squat now. The massages and exercise regimen was just the right level of intensity to both heal and strengthen my leg. For context, I got treatment in late '22, and a year later, no major setbacks to my knees other than the normal aches and pains of not being young any more.“
“We enjoy going to Stephen twice a week - I always feel stronger and healthier after spending time at movement hub. I've been going with my mom for over a year and it's a great habit we've adopted. Sessions are a combination of weights, cardio, trx, and stretching, changing each time, with a focus on mobility and strength. The exercises within the session are slightly different to keep us each challenged. Stephen is a positive force; he's very professional, and carefully crafts exercises for all ages. Gym is clean and there's a restroom on site.“
