I thought I had an underlayment problem and was ready to tear off an entire section of roof but he inspected and determined that it was just a flashing issue which he repaired at far lower cost than I expected. He's a busy guy (this happened in late fall just before the rainy season) so I had to wait a while for the work to be done but once completed the problem was solved. Based on my experience, this is an honest roofing company that gives good value and will not try to rip you off.“

He uses my preferred shingles brand, Certainteed (again no expert, but I did my research aka.a bunch of YouTube videos and some articles ;)). We scheduled 7 weeks out which gave me plenty of time to get HOA approval. His team was on time, respectful of our house, cleaned up really well and damn fast. Shout out to Jesus and his crew!<br>There was nothing funky in the whole process and Bill went over every point in the contract with me making sure I knew what I'm signing up for! He kept me updated during the work.<br>With the quote he provides a list of houses his company has done with shingle type and color used. All over Orange County, so you can go look at however many houses you wish. He also offered to work with a potential Solar Installer if I go down that route to ensure they do the right thing and don't mess up his roof. There is really nothing more I could ask for! My neighbors already signed up with him as well!“

“I received a questionable message from my mortgage insurance company that they detected some damage on the roof and I'd need to have it repaired before they can renew my insurance next year. I had Purpose Roofing come by and check my roof and after doing a thorough inspection they concluded my roof was perfectly fine. They went the extra mile and contacted my insurance to get clarification on their initial message about my roof damage and it turns out that the insurance miscommunicated. “We had a very old roof in desperate need of replacing. I met with 8 different roofing companies, a couple of which declined to even give me a bid because of the complexity of the project (we have a very narrow driveway/bridge, the home is custom and the roof has a lot going on including copper features, and the house is built into a hillside which make scaffolding tricky). So my bottom line became who do I have the most confidence in in their ability and experience with the roofing products I had already chosen. I wanted to use a composite slate tile by DaVinci. When I had mentioned this to Spencer he shared that his company had installed DaVinci tiles many times and they had even installed it on his brother's home. The installation process went as smoothly as I could have hoped for. The crew was friendly, considerate, on time in the mornings, they cleaned up at the close of every day, and they moved the project along in a timely manner. Any questions or concerns that I had I texted Spencer and he got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. He made sure that I was 100% happy with my beautiful new roof.
