“Mid-high peak rainy time, especially this year, I had a leak in my roof and called up RCI. They scheduled to come out only a couple days after to take a look. I received a call back later that day, stating they were in the area if we were available to come take a look that same day! Both Chuck and Shannon were so kind and friendly, really great people. They were able to get a quote out to me in just a couple days. I thought there was no way I could get any one out to fix the leak in time for the next set of rainy days. Even in peak busy season, they were able to schedule an appointment to fix a week later. RCI stated they would be there at 8am, and they were there exactly on time, even a little early. The job was a bit messy, needing to replace tiles and the metal flash pieces. They left the front and side yard spotless. The price was super reasonable. I don't yet know how the repair will hold up, since it was just completed last week. All around, great experience.“

“I own a property in Huntington Beach. During the heavy rains in 2023 my property had a leak. KLC Construction went to the property right away to determine where the leak was coming from. Due to the way the property was constructed a unit on the 2nd floor had a balcony that had standing water due to a gutter issue. KLC Construction was able to let me know the problem and literally fixed it immediately with no charge because he said it was the right thing to do and was a quick fix. Honestly I could have easily been fleeced because the issue needed to be addressed immediately to prevent interior property damage. It has been a few months and problem was solved. Honest work & true expertise is hard to find but this family owned company are the gold standard.“

“Highly recommended! Hercules Roofing was onsite and quoted the job within 24 hours of initial contact. Although the roofing material was not available for five months after the quote was given, Hercules honored the price as quoted when work finally started - I was impressed by that.Hercules Roofing gave a fair price, walked me through the entire process, made good recommendations, and completed the job in a timely manner. The roofing crew were respectful, very hard working, and performed with alacrity. Cleanup was daily and the quality of work excellent. The roof is the best looking in the neighborhood. My one and only complaint is that Hercules could improve their communication skills a bit better. Getting a new roof is stressful, expensive, and very disruptive. Response to customer questions and communicating updates need to be improved - but overall, I would highly recommend this company if looking for a new roof or just simple repairs. They rock!“

“Best Roofing did a great job repair all our leaks. Our roof still had a warranty by a different roofing company who did our roof before, but they some how were unable to detect where our leaks were coming from. That company came twice to try to repair the leaks before we finally gave up on them and called Best Roofing to take a look. Dee Dee repaired the leaks on her own. We had another large leak a year later, in a completely different area from the previous leaks, and she was able to repair that as well with no issues. We then had Best Roofing do a new roof.
