“Don't write many reviews but had to do one for Luis and the team as they did a great job for a full roof reset of 2700 sq ft. First off, they had the best rate and I got 3 quotes. Luis is professional with a written contract including all details. All items per the contract, no hidden items, gotchas or upcharges that are not clear. Crew was punctual, did the job well and cleaned the site up every day. Good communication on any items or questions I had. Fully recommend them!“

“Roof Inspection - Had Jose come out for a roof inspection, required by my home insurance. Communication was easy. He inspected the roof and attic space. Jose pointed out some areas of concern and created the report that evening and sent it via email. Fortunately my roof was in good condition and his report allowed my insurance to renew.“

“This is the first roof repair services done by HD Roofs. Excellent services and will definitely use their services again!! Juan and ACE are very professional and very responsive, and pricing is very reasonable. What I like the most about their services is the whole process is very smooth and and I do not need to worry about anything. Juan followed up on the questions re the proposal quickly, offered a more comprehensive repair solutions for a reasonable price (thought the price would be higher), explained the work required with pictures taken by the drone, scheduled the work quicker than expected and sent appointment reminders. ACE then helped manage the entire repair and discussed progress throughout, showed pictures immediately after the repair was done for different parts of the roof, and explained the effort in matching the color of the new and old tile to the best possible. The repair services not only covered the leak repair, the team also helped replace seven loose tile and seal areas where needed. I was very pleased with the company and the repair services !!“

“If you are an animal lover, think of this company first. While I didn't use them for a roofing issue, they came to my rescue when nobody else would. My cat got up on the roof w/o a way down. My apt complex wouldn't allow the maintenance guy go on the roof and even the fire dept wouldn't help, but Jeremiah and his partner didn't hesitate. Without their help I'm convinced this would not have been a happy ending.“
