I own a property in Huntington Beach. During the heavy rains in 2023 my property had a leak. KLC Construction went to the property right away to determine where the leak was coming from. Due to the way the property was constructed a unit on the 2nd floor had a balcony that had standing water due to a gutter issue. KLC Construction was able to let me know the problem and literally fixed it immediately with no charge because he said it was the right thing to do and was a quick fix. Honestly I could have easily been fleeced because the issue needed to be addressed immediately to prevent interior property damage. It has been a few months and problem was solved. We booked KLC to repair parts of the roof on our office building that were leaking. Elsa at KLC was very responsive and easy to work with. She kept me apprised of scheduling and other timing issues. Their crew was courteous and diligent and did the repair as expected. Would use them again for future construction needs. Highly recommend them.

Thanks to all the rain this winter, we discovered a leak in the roof! Ken Lock Sr. came out two days in a row to assess the damage and help me make decisions about next steps. Since the roof damage appeared to be located directly under one of the solar panels, he advised me to call the solar panel company to see if they would repair the damage for free (they did). He was knowledgeable, friendly, and so responsive! His wife Elsa works in the office and she was a delight to speak to over the phone. I will definitely be calling them for future projects!
