Pacific Crest did a top-notch job on replacing our broken roof tiles today. Scheduling the work was very easy, Helio and Mark arrived to the job promptly at the scheduled time, and both were very professional and easy to work with, start to finish. I was very impressed with everything about this company, and HIGHLY recommend them.

Our new roof is beautiful and with all the rain, we are grateful for Jay and his team. They put on a cover for a few days, protecting our leak until a day was clear and the reroofing could be done. Jay answered questions upon receiving them quickly, gave us addresses of homes completed, and especially, kept his word on the men he used being polite, and especially, careful to keep the area clean and protected. Thanks to Pacific Crest, for a job well done. Oh, yes, the final building inspector knocked on my door to tell me what a good job they had done!

During the Holidays when its nearly impossible to find anyone willing to work, I called Pacific Crest Roofing. Not only did Jay send a crew out to inspect the damage as soon as the rain stopped during a recent rainstorm, he rallied a double-sized team to get the repair job done the day after Christmas before it began raining again later that afternoon. That level of service is unheard of these days!
