Dean came over yesterday to check out a water spot that formed on our ceiling after all the rain we've been having. My husband contacted many different roofing companies and Dean was the only one to come over (same day) and gave us honest advice. No work was done (we have a metal roof, and apparently there's some other issues with the way it was originally installed, which we were not aware of earlier), but he spent a lot of time explaining and provided many pearls of roof wisdom...best of all, he did this at ZERO charge. Dean from Robert's Roofing was a JOY to work with. He shows up on time, explains/inspects what needs to get done and keeps you informed. He's just a straightforward professional - you can tell he's passionate about his business and doesn't want to lead you down the wrong path. He's HONEST, RELIABLE and educated me about a lot of stuff that will help me moving forward - such a pleasure to work with.After many frustrating experiences dealing with dishonest, unreliable, unresponsive, scammer like overcharging roofers - Dean restored my faith in great roofers just doing great work (unlike many others in the biz).
