I had Purpose Roofing come by and check my roof and after doing a thorough inspection they concluded my roof was perfectly fine. They went the extra mile and contacted my insurance to get clarification on their initial message about my roof damage and it turns out that the insurance miscommunicated. “I have had a minor leak in my roof for some time, and finally decided to get something done about it. It's the kind of leak that was hard to detect what is exactly causing it. Daniel came right out and took a thorough look and helped me to determine the likely cause, which turned out to be gaps in my chimney caulking. Daniel came out the following day and caulked it, as well as preventative caulking elsewhere and other minor fixes. The job was done on time and on budget. It was nice not to have a pushy salesperson trying to sell me a new roof, when my tile roof overall is in pretty good condition.“
