“It was a pleasure working with Jordan and Shayna for our bathroom renovation. They make a great team - and their model is 'turnkey' - so you don't need any other resources to complete your project. Shayna was great when we were picking materials and we selected some great items together while also be conscious of our budget. Jordan was on site regularly through the project to ensure things were on track and done correctly. They set up a great Whatsapp group chat and were in constant communication on the project and decisions that needed to be made. They were also responsive to feedback during the project when we wanted something addressed (e.g., trash pickup). There was not a detailed plan developed for our project - they really just jumped in and started the work - and anytime something needed to be corrected along the way Jordan never hesitated to make it happen. Overall, the renovation came out great - they keep things simple through the project - are highly trustworthy - we passed all inspections (which they scheduled at the right times) - and delivered the project on time and on budget - effectively all the factors you'd want in a partner.
