Friends recommended Century Bay Builders after they completed an extensive remodel of their home. After getting a few bids, we chose Century Bay Builders based on their timeline, fair costs, and responsiveness. Jordan and Shayna and team were awesome to work with. They were clear and open about our options to complete our project of converting our garage into an ADU, expanding our master bathroom, expanding our closet and adding a third bathroom in our house.The timeline they provided us from the beginning was accurate and we were thrilled with the results upon completion of the project.My wife and I would highly recommend working with them for any renovation needs.

Best decision I made to work with Ariel and his team (Carlos, Raul and others) for a major remodel of my kitchen, living room with also a new vaulted ceiling/roof. Ariel brings a big picture POV, keeps the success of the project in mind at all times and in my case didn't hesitate to challenge some of the design assumptions to make the project outcome even better than initially planned, with still keeping the budget constraints in mind. The team is hard working, professional, and personable which has made the project easier to sustain throughout its duration. I highly recommend to work with Ariel and already planning to do my next project with him and his team!!
