“I had a wonderful 5-year experience living in a Lower Pacific Heights studio apartment managed by Tom Carpio/Founders Realty. It's in a relatively safe location that is within walking distance to Japantown and Trader Joe's/Target; I'm lucky to have called it my home during pharmacy school and my residency training. The unit was move-in ready and well maintained, as I never had any additional maintenance issues or repair needs (the only thing I had to replace was the lightbulbs). They are pet friendly. They also let me pay my deposit initially by breaking it into 2 payments so it was more affordable and they seem like they genuinely care about their tenants.
