When I first started looking for a new home six months ago, I dealt with five or so different realtors from a variety of different companies, all of whom I found pushy (most were super arrogant too). On a number of occasions I was acutely aware that they were more interested in their commission than in what my needs were. So I happily ditched all of them after meeting with Jason Hoffman of McGuire Real Estate's Noe Valley office.
