The Droubi Team did an excellent job walking me through every stage of the house sale. Lamisse listened to my intentions and manifested the right path to a smooth sale transaction. She found the sweet spot pricing in the market that felt like a win for both buyer and seller. Her team of Emily and company were thoughtful and respective of the house, its contents, and the land. My partner and I recently worked with Lamisse Droubi and her team (Emily Kitchen and Jennifer Hoh) to purchase a new house in Bernal Heights and sell our old condo in Noe Valley. We had a fantastic experience working with the Droubi Team, and there are a few things in particular we would highlight: It was clear throughout the process that other agents like to work with Lamisse and have tons of respect for her -- a huge asset in negotiations and when there are multiple offers on a property. Lamisse was always more interested in helping us find the right fit -- a home we could grow into over 5-10+ years -- rather than a quick or easy sale. She consistently put our interests above her own, and it was clear that she would rather lose a sale than have us overpay for a property. In fact, for the property we ultimately purchased, Lamisse convinced us to offer a bit less than we thought we needed to, and we still won the sale. On top of that, Lamisse has excellent taste, both in terms of prepping a property for sale to appeal to the largest set of buyers, but also in terms of analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of prospective properties we looked at and knowing instinctively which properties would appeal to us. Lamisse can quickly spot flaws that buyers like us would easily miss, and her knowledge of what drives other buyers' decisions was impeccable. This helped us feel confident that the property we ultimately purchased was worth the price and likely to retain resale value. And we'd be remiss to not acknowledge the contributions of the rest of the Droubi Team: Emily, the Droubi Team's director of operations, was always a steady, calming presence in the midst of what was often a hectic and emotional endeavor for us. Emily was always just a phone call away and consistently on top of the many details of the purchase and sale processes -- providing us with advice from her own renovation experience, meeting us at showings and covering for Lamisse when she was traveling (although Lamisse always made time for us when something time sensitive came up, even speaking with us several times while she was on vacation in France), and coordinating the logistics of prepping our condo for sale. Jennifer, Lamisse's executive assistant, kept the trains running on time and ensured all our docs were in good order so that our transactions closed smoothly. Jennifer's attention to detail and meticulousness show in the documents she prepares, and there's no doubt the process was much less stressful as a result of her support. We could go on and on about the things we loved about working with Lamisse and the Droubi Team but this review is getting very long! Just know that the positive things we've mentioned above represent only a fraction of the good things we could say about the Droubi Team and really do not do them justice. In short, it's clear that Lamisse and team pour their hearts into their work, and it shows in the concrete results they delivered for us. Suffice to say we give them our highest recommendation.

Droubi Team at Generation sold our condo in March 2023. We had seen Lamisse’s results before working with her and thought the staging was a cut above other realtors.
