Samantha is always available even late at night and is very prompt. She is also well connected since she was able to find out about finances of the building we were interested in purchasing a condo from. She is very friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable and has good contacts for services related to purchasing real estate. I definitely intend to keep in touch with her for resale and future real estate investments!

Samantha did a great job on helping us with the trade up. Her expertise in the market's geographic area was instrumental in determining a competitive price while considering the future resale value for the area. Samantha was very involved in all aspects of the closing. She was very friendly and always provide positive feedbacks during the stressful time on the deal. The deal on selling our old home was challenging but She made the process very smooth and eventually sold as expected. Because of that, we finally got the offer for our dream home.
