****Review for Dante Razzini**** My sister and I were faced with selling our mothers home after she suddenly had to move to assisted living. We needed to sell quickly. ****Review for LANA MORIN PIERCE**** It is always a challenge to find the right agent. If you are looking Lana Morin Pierce is worth a try. Lana from day one was always on top of things. I love that she would make an appointment and be there not only on time but always early. She always dressed sharp and prepared for what was needed of her and because of it she has a great reputation among her peers, lenders and any of her clients. The process from listing to escrow was about 30 days. We are greatly appreciative of Lana but if it wasn't for the right agent it may have not been as smooth. Bobbi Decker of intero has been our Real Estate 'security blanket' when we were settling our Mom's estate. She went far beyond what anyone could expect. It was an extremely difficult process as I live out of state and this was a sudden unexpected event. What a relief to have someone that was there for us. She was very organized, knowledgable and never seemed to tire out. She had connections to help inspect, repair and get any job done quickly and efficiently.
