“I've (37 male) been training at FC50 for almost a year now, and the transformation has been incredible. Prior I had issues with movement and general fitness spending a lot of time at my desk working. My strength has improved significantly, and I owe a lot of it to Joe, who's an outstanding trainer. He's incredibly focused on technique, which has been key in reducing the pain in my shoulders and knees but also helps me work out efficiently and safely.
