“I love Lens Crafters. I was going to Costco and Kaiser. Lens crafters has superior service. No lab at Stoneridge mall location, so my glasses will be ready in 2 weeks. Dr Bei was very professional. Answered questions and when I asked about macular degeneration, she took pictures of my macula. VSP covered the exam with $35 copay and paid $500 of my glasses. I used FSA dollars to pay the balance. The clinician that checks peripheral vision before seeing the doctor was very kind and friendly. Staff at front desk were very knowledgeable. Good selection of quality frames! All around great experience!!“

“We highly recommend Dr. Kim and her entire staff! Six months ago Dr. Kim evaluated and diagnosed my son with a vision function disorder called Convergence Insufficiency. To put it simply, Convergence Insufficiency means that his eyes never met in the middle causing double vision. My son began an intensive 6 month program with Dr. Kim and her team to help him recover. With lots of guidance, hard work and determination my son was able to “graduate” from the therapy program recently. It has been life changing! The impact this will have on my son’s life is immeasurable and we are filled with gratitude to Dr. Kim and her staff. My son has already seen tremendous improvements in school. He’s gone from working extremely hard to earn Cs on his report card to As. He now enjoys activities like riding his bike even asked to start playing sports which his vision interfered with previously. Most importantly is seeing his confidence grow throughout this whole experience. We know there is still work is not done so that he can improve skills like writing and reading, but can’t wait to see where he soars to next! Thanks you Dr. Kim, Cassie, Savannah and all the great staff members who genuinely cared to help my child and change the course of his life.“

“I brought my 90 year old mom-in-law for an exam with Dr. Miller. She's had BBPV vertigo for the last 4 years and her current tri-focals made her dizziness worse. Dr. Miller took a lot of time with her, answering, explaining. Her current lenses were not powerful enough in one eye. He made no promises a new prescription would "fix" the dizziness, but a correct prescription would make an overall improvement. When she tried on the new glasses at Dr. Miller's office, initially she felt her vision was worse. The patient technician explained there's an adjustment period. She said return in a week if you can't adjust and you'll see Dr. Miller again. Later that same day she could see the improvement and by day 2 her dizziness was gone. This is the first time in years she can wear her glasses all day without having a dizzy spell. I'm so appreciative of Dr Miller & staff, their patience and persistence has made a difference.“

“We’d been going to an optometrist in a (wholesale facility) for YEARS. We thought that an “eye exam” was just the basics-how THEY did it for us. When my husband and I decided to try East Bay Vision Center for our exams this year, we did not realize just how THOROUGH our exams should’ve been in the past :(. The optometrists at East Bay are very detailed in explaining everything. They speak calmly- making sure we understood exactly what they were examining. The entire staff is courteous and the facility is CLEAN as well.Btw- I’m not discrediting the optometrist we used to see. It’s just we know NOW how quickly they used to move us through our appt. Because of the positive experience at East Bay Vision, they’ve gained all 5 of us in our family as new clients and I’m very satisfied.“

“Excellent care and customer service!! Efficient and friendly front staff for check in. Angelina was very helpful in the initial stage of choosing frames, and she also explained each eye test my son took prior to his exam. Dr. Zeil was thorough with the eye exam, and she made sure we understood the process and checked for questions. Sherry continued with the final choosing and ordering of glasses, and she was very patient and friendly even with finishing up past closing time.“

“Dr. Helen Cheng and Dr. Lee were very knowledgeable and good at what they do, as were their staff! Dr. Cheng thoroughly explained things - like the exam, how our eyes focus etc. I also have dry eyes, and in the past, other people had suggested eye drops, ointment. However, Dr. Cheng explained the causes of dry eyes, and gave me an eye mask to help alleviate the condition at the root cause. My eyes are sensitive but Dr. Cheng and Dr. Lee went to great lengths to test different prescriptions. Their staff were friendly and helpful.“
