I've been coming here for over 10 years now. Needless to say that Global Eyecare Optometry is a trusted eyecare for both me and my family. The staff is incredibly nice and patient. They are also very meticulous about things like your appointment, keeping the store sanitized, and much more. Dr. Helen Cheng is very knowledgable and professional as well. As a visual learner, I often find myself learning many new and interesting things about optometry as she shows me what's happening as she's looking into my eye through diagrams and models. Global Eyecare Optometry will always be my go-to place for eye checkups and services!

Dr. Helen Cheng and Dr. Lee were very knowledgeable and good at what they do, as were their staff! Dr. Cheng thoroughly explained things - like the exam, how our eyes focus etc. I also have dry eyes, and in the past, other people had suggested eye drops, ointment. However, Dr. Cheng explained the causes of dry eyes, and gave me an eye mask to help alleviate the condition at the root cause. My eyes are sensitive but Dr. Cheng and Dr. Lee went to great lengths to test different prescriptions. Their staff were friendly and helpful.

I came in to get my glasses fixed. I had a loose screw (in the glasses). The optometrist helped me straight away by replacing the screw. Great friendly service. I highly recommend!!
