My husband and I have been going to Hacienda for years and have always had great experiences! Dr. Joshi is wonderful - professional, friendly, caring, prompt. I haven't been seen by Dr. Jen, but she seems very nice too! And we love Mitch and Julie, who are so nice, helpful, accommodating, and great at helping us pick out the right frames for our face (just met David who also seems great). As a bonus, we can bring our dog in when picking out frames and everyone is so sweet to him (thank you, Julie, for giving him treats )! I've been going here for several years now and I am so glad I found them. I go to Dr. Joan Jen and she is the most compassionate, kind, knowledgeable doctor I have ever met. I wish all doctors were as amazing as Dr. Jen! The wait time here when you arrive for an appointment is always minimal and the opticians are so helpful and friendly. Mitch is a really nice guy and extremely knowledgeable about glasses, brands, lenses, you name it. You may have to make your appointment a couple months out, but trust me when I say it's so worth it to wait! Best eye doctor I've ever been to, and I've been to several in my life.

Dr. Joan Jen is great! I like how she took her time to explain every test that I went through and went over the results of my tests. She listened to all my concerns and tried to address them with suggestions and inputs from her. Mitch also helped me with selecting the best frame for my prescription needs and very patient and friendly.
