I love Lens Crafters. I was going to Costco and Kaiser. Lens crafters has superior service. No lab at Stoneridge mall location, so my glasses will be ready in 2 weeks. Dr Bei was very professional. Answered questions and when I asked about macular degeneration, she took pictures of my macula. VSP covered the exam with $35 copay and paid $500 of my glasses. I used FSA dollars to pay the balance.The clinician that checks peripheral vision before seeing the doctor was very kind and friendly. Staff at front desk were very knowledgeable. Good selection of quality frames! All around great experience!!

Tori and Dr. Bei Zhang really seemed to enjoy their work. They were very helpful and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything and Tori went out of her way to answer all question, even considering ones I didn’t think to ask! She also helped with the price breakdown and helped me figure out what would work best with my insurance- definitely a go-to destination for eye care!

The best experience ever at an optometrist! Everyone was very kind and handled everything professionally. They didn't rush me when I had questions and took their time to answer. Highly recommend this location to anyone that lives close to them!!
