“This is a beginner friendly welcoming environment but also for all levels of experience! Variety of Coaches who are highly skilled, certified and professional. Great selection in classes & schedule. They are helpful to get u started even if it’s your first time. I attend boxing classes and the workouts in between leave me drenched & pumping w/adrenaline ??. All I can say is that OAC is worth checking out.“

“I've been practicing Pilates for a little over two years with Kathy...first at a studio where she worked, and now I work one on one with her. I am SO GRATEFUL to have Kathy in my life! Any instructor can have you walk out of a session feeling good in your body, but when I leave my sessions with her, I feel good in my HEART and my SOUL as well. Kathy's constantly checking to make sure you're safe in a pose / movement. She narrates your activity and demonstrates each new skill in detail, so you feel confident in trying it out. “Don't even think twice about it. Get your booty down to Burn for an amazing workout with amazing coaches and staff. I absolutely love that I don't have to think about anything except pushing myself during class. Each day is a different workout and it's already programmed for you, so you just need to show up. The coaches will guide and motivate you through each exercise and workout, so I can totally disconnect from everything outside of the gym and just focus on myself and my mental and physical health for 45 minutes. The classes are primarily women of all ages and stages of their health journey (also super supportive), and they have a great child care center - just plan ahead and reserve your spot early. Worth every penny.“
