    I've been training with Nicky for a few months now and I wish I had started sooner! I've been wanting to get in better shape for some time and tried everything: pilates, boxing, F45, etc with no luck. I couldn't find anything worked and I know it was the one on one training that made a difference.She created workouts tailored to my goals and physical limits, along with a nutrition plan, and I'm beyond impressed with my results! There's still so more to do and I'm excited to have her leadership!

    I started working with Nicky 6 month ago. I was overweight and I wasn't able to lose weight on my own. She first cleaned up my diet and then put together an effective but do-able workout plan that I could do on my own. I have lost 26 lbs and I couldn't be happier with the results so far. She very kind, knowledgeable and an amazing teacher. I highly recommend her.

My own journey with yo-yo dieting and compulsive exercise made me a better trainer because I can personally relate to the struggles many of my clients face. I spent 10 long years battling my weight. Every time I lost 3 pounds I gained back 5, and each time it became harder to lose those extra pounds. I finally decided to educate myself on proper nutrition and exercise and not only did I lose enough weight to compete and win as a fitness competitor, but more importantly I was able to maintain my weight loss as a lifestyle. Today my passion is to help my clients get off the diet roller coaster, create a positive relationship with food and to discover what amazing things their bodies are capable of!
