“My dog (a small, nervous Maltipoo) loves coming here. Drop off and pick up is organized and easy, and it feels like they know my dog. I really appreciate that they rotate the dogs between play time and rest time, so my dog isn't exhausted by the time she comes home. It can be a challenge for me to remember to reserve a spot by 7pm the evening before, but they are really flexible about cancellations so I don't worry about reserving a spot even when I'm not sure I'll need it. They've also been really flexible with me about our packages, one time extending our expiration date and another time crediting an expired package towards boarding.“
