Doggy Lama and their staff are *the best* and Emily in particular has been a lifesaver. We have an elderly cat with health issues, and she recently became ill while we were out of the country. Emily got her to an urgent vet appointment, picked up meds, administered them twice a day, and scheduled extra visits to make sure she was recovering -- it could have been a nightmare but Emily made it totally manageable and reassured us with texts and (beautiful!) photos throughout the process. She truly cares for our cat, and we know when we're away she's in excellent hands. We've been using Doggy Lama for three years and have had nothing but lovely experiences.

Sophie is wonderful! She understands Rudie’s particular border collie issues and is open to working with him at his level. She spent extra time and effort making sure Rudie found his place in the pack. She’s been very communicative, punctual, and friendly and has made the transition to pack hikes a pleasure for us.We are able to get work done with zero worries because we know Rudie is having a blast with his best doggy buddies and favorite human pal.

We have been incredibly grateful for the amazing care and loving attention that Doggy Lama and their wonderful team has given our dog, Finn, over the past two and a half years! Sophie, our remarkable dog walker, has been a game-changer for Finn! Sophie's hikes are true adventures for Finn, leaving him blissfully tired and content. The strong bond they have formed is apparent when Finn eagerly looks out the front window waiting for Sophie to arrive. Sophie’s attentive communication with pick-ups and drop offs are helpful. We also love the updates and photos of all the fun Finn has with Sophie and the rest of the pack!
