She has an empathy for her patients that is both comforting and inspiring. She excels at treating her patients as real human beings, and not as walking medical numbers. Dr. Hwang recently transferred to Oakland Kaiser from the Vallejo Kaiser. Fortunately, this has cut down my driving time from over an hour, to just 25 minutes! Oakland should feel fortunate to have someone of the caliber of Dr. Hwang in it's fold!“
