I love Dr. Jue and his staff. I don't understand these other reviews. Everyone has been kind to me and my family, as well as professional and helpful. I didn't exactly expect to have fun at the optometrist's office, but because I have particularly good distance vision, Dr. Jue turned my exam into a game to see if I could read more than three of the smallest letters. I don't think I did, but I got a high five anyway. I don't go often because my eyesight issues are mainly age-related, requiring readers. My experience with Richard Jue and his staff is so different from the other reviews here as to make me wonder if we're talking about the same office. Richard has been my optometrist for approaching 30 years. He is a consummate pro and unerringly friendly and polite. His staff is and has always been delightful. (For these many years, they have kept me at least slightly in style by helping me to select appropriate frames!) Over the years I have sent friends and family to this practice and I've never heard a single disparaging word from anyone.
