“This review for Dr. Goh, Dr. Cheung and their team is so over due! The front desk staff are efficient, and I never feel like I am waiting long before being helped. All the techs that I have met are skilled and handle my pets with care. I found Dr. Goh through a family member and can confidently say she is one of the best vets I have ever met. I am the crazy pet mom that researches and reads everything related to my pet's health. I finally switched my 18 year old cat over to Happy Valley because the last vet was too far and didn't do much to improve my cat's stage III kidney disease. Since seeing Dr. Goh, Ariel's condition has stabilized and she is so much happier! What I love about her is that she is patient with my anxious cat, VERY thorough and proactive about the care of my senior cat. She also helped save my honeymoon! A week before my trip, my cat's condition declined to the point that I wasn't sure she would make it. Dr. Goh healed her and now she has even gained weight! For those of you who own cats with kidney disease, you know how hard it is keep weight on a cat with CKD. Dr. Cheung has provided amazing coverage for when Dr. Goh isn't working. They are one of the few vets that actually personally call/ email to update you about test results and any important findings from the exam. Honestly, they have better bedside manners than my own medical doctor! I highly recommend this office and have already gotten my husband to bring our young dog in to see them for dental work and removal of a mass. As expected, they did a fantastic job! I'll be recommending them to all my friends and family.“

“We’ve gone through a lot of vets that felt slimy, just trying to profit off the love we have for our pets. Here, we feel like they genuinely love our our animals and ours are their only patients, and I feel at ease because I’m not constantly having to keep my defenses up from attempts to rack up an expensive vet bill. “My parents' papillon, Chase, wouldn't stop shaking his head. Suspecting he might have an ear infection, my mom took him to two different vets before taking him to Petcare Animal Hospital. Both of the previous vets said that Chase didn't let them do a proper checkup and recommended putting him under sedation so they could properly diagnose what was going on. Chase is twelve inches tall, and these first two vets couldn't get him to hold still long enough for them to check his ears?! Fortunately, my mom was lucky enough to get a same-day appointment with Dr. Kang. As soon as my mom explained what was going on with Chase, Dr. Kang asked if there were foxtail plants at my parents' house. Not even five minutes later, Dr. Kang had removed five foxtails from Chase's ear. For under $100! Without having to sedate him! We can't recommend Petcare Animal Hospital enough! Thank you, Dr. Kang, for truly caring about our sweet boy and not trying to upsell us.“

“One chef doesn’t spoil the whole soup. Although I’ve had a bad experience with one individual Murphy pet its probably the best pet clinic with clear upfront prices. I’ve been to multiple vets with my dog. Clean, appointment available , conveniently located by the old Sunnyvale mall.“

“Our 14 year old cat, Karpoo, was first diagnosed with cancer in November 2021. Our vet recommended SAGE and we reached out to them. From the beginning they were sympathetic, understanding, supportive and very professional.Karpoo's course of radiation and chemo therapy gave us seven good months that we would not have otherwise had. They made it possible for her to celebrate her 15th birthday and, when it came time to let her go, they again showed how great they really are.“

“Thank God for this place. My cat Baloo was having chronic ear infections. My regular vet kept giving her the same medicine. Which would work but then her ear infection would come back every time. Using google I found this place. They were cheaper than my regular vet in San leandro, and had so much more knowledge about ears. They found a polyp on her ear drum and now I finally know what's wrong with my cat and how to fix it. Definitely worth the trip to Cupertino. They even washed her ears better than my vet. She has been happier and playing more since her visit, even still having the polyp. This place has the knowledge and equipment to properly diagnose ear problems. Wish I would have found them earlier.“

“At first, I was skeptical about Story Road Animal Hospital given its location. The front door has a metal gate that's constantly locked. However, after the door opens into the front room, I am impressed with how it is day and night from the inside to outside. The customer service was phenomenal. The moment I stepped in, the vet assistants were very helpful to explain the steps they will take to spay my fur baby. I am happy that they did a clean incision that my girl healed as if there was no surgery. The vet personally called me at the end of spay to give me the good news of a successful operation. The surgery required a deposit but I think that was a good thing they do to ensure only serious patients. Thank you Story Road Animal Hospital for providing services for people in budget.“

“I started bringing my 12 year old dog, Mercy, here in May after she got diagnosed with DM- Degenerative Myelopathy. The team that treated and provided care for her were incredible, specifically Dr. Greenleaf and Susie. Although Mercy has passed away recently, I'm very grateful for the light treatments they provided her so that my children were able to come back from school to spend some precious time with her before she had to go.
