Provided product documentation on the spot, answered all questions, very professional, and followed up promptly with the quote. They were very responsive with follow-up questions that I had. On top of that, pricing was competitive and reasonable. They were able to quickly schedule the work and were very professional and courteous throughout the day of the work being done. “I was in need of service and replacement for my mother's furnace. She had the original from1965. & was red tagged by gas Co. I'd been calling around and wasn't feeling comfortable with the info I got. Peter from boardwalk heating and air was recommended to me By my best friend. As soon as he answered the phone, there was a total air of patience with my concerns. Professionalism and explanation that I could understand including things I didn't know about regarding city permits. That could have been quite an issue had I gone the wrong route. Right before his arrival, the tech name and his photos were provided.The tech Iman is knowledgeable and checks all details since my thermostat screen went blank.
