“My Central AC went out called Nexgen and what a show they put on 3 hours running around the house with meters telling me how I need new ducts etc long story short have me a price of 27k out of thier minds , I called harbor and next day Xavier and Khalif were dispatched and immediately examined my unit told me what I needed new compressor and coil , no new ducts and other stuff nexgen mentioned they were very honest courteous and gave me honest estimate and saved me alot of money . They booked my appointment few days out and Frank and Team showed up they were professional on time did an excellent job . I have a 9 yr old special needs little girl and they came thru and my lil girl had AC ! I thank them the whole team great employees and most importantly they didn't try to take advantage . My job consisted of getting rid of the furnace on ground level, building a platform in the attic in a tight area, and installing a whole new heatpump and return in the attic/ceiling.
