Both are knowledgeable and did a great job explaining how the whole house fan (WHF) and gable fan worked together.Install took less than 2 hours start to finish.The results are even better than I expected, the gable fan keeps the 2nd story cool during the height of heat- middle of the afternoon. You'd think the WHF was running but it's not needed til it cools outside at night.I'm very excited for the summer to come to see how much it saves in AC.“
“It’s about time I did a review. We have had the whole house fan for over 2 years. We use it in the evenings and overnight during the summer months and haven’t used the AC except forever a few really hot days. It really works! Installation was fast, professional and with no mess left. I recently had an issue with the fan not turning on with the remote. I called and immediately got some impressive tech support with someone very knowledgeable. Things to try and in an order easiest to hardest. It turns out I just needed to re-pair my remote with the fan, so it was an easy fix that I could do. Great customer service!“

Divon was the tech that came out and was on time, very polite and informative. He was able to fix it quickly and gave me some suggestions, like changing my air filter every 6 months.“

Four years later, noticed one bedroom not getting cool air during this summer heat.
