Jack is absolutely phenomenal! He expertly guided us through the entire HVAC installation process, turning what seemed like a daunting problem with our A/C unit into a stress-free and simple solution. Unlike other companies that were hesitant to take on the job, Jack fearlessly tackled the task with confidence. He patiently explained each step of the process, ensuring we understood everything clearly. As a family-owned business, AirCare made us feel like part of their family, further enhancing our satisfaction. I cannot speak highly enough of Jack and AirCare – truly a 5-star service!

We repiped our house (nightmare!), and finally when the drywall was finished we discovered that our AC and heater weren't working ? We had Sam come out to diagnose the issue. He was patient, professional and extremely knowledgeable ? He walked us through the process, showing us step by step as he ran the diagnostics. Very luckily for us, it was a minor issue and a wire mysteriously came loose. He fixed it right up and we were done in less than 30 minutes! Man, you don't know what a relief it was not to have another major repair on our hands! I'm so glad we were referred to this company and now have a trusted company to call for AC/Heating needs in the future. It's hard...read full review

They fixed my heating after it broke during the latest rainstorm in Southern California and I couldn’t be more grateful- The service has always been efficient & Matt was very polite!
