Able to get the same date appointment. The tech arrived earlier and also brought their own shoe covering. Right before his arrival, the tech name and his photos were provided.The tech Iman is knowledgeable and checks all details since my thermostat screen went blank. After Iman identified it is my thermostat issue, he quickly offer me the replacement solution.After all his works, Iman cleans up the floor to make sure the quality work.Happy to work with Mission Viejo Heating & Air and highly recommended.

We just had our first regularly scheduled maintenance visit for a system check up & filter change. As expected, the technician arrived promptly as promised, serviced our system accordingly, including a filter change, and was done in under 20 minutes. We continue to be most impressed with Mission Viejo Heating & Air. It doesn't get any better than this.

Brad was very responsive, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced with providing 2 heat and AC units for our 3500+ sf home. His team was on time and worked diligently to complete the job in one day. They were very careful with their installation and kept everything in the home clean during and afterwards. I would definitely use them again for my other homes in the future!
