The tech that came, Daniel is a professional and courteous young man. He did a great job for my HVAC annual maintenance. Told me in detail about my equipment and what he did for the service call. I have been using flood for the past few years and would recommend them.

Date of service: 6/15 Location: Laguna Woods (Rental Property) Item: Replacing the original GE PTAC A/C unit with the equivalent new product Quote obtained: 4 vendors All 4 companies quoted me for an identical product. One of the vendors quoted [NEARLY 4 TIMES HIGHER] pricing than everyone else (?!!!!), another vendor tried to charge for the permit that was not even needed, another two appeared to be honest. Flood Air is one of those two vendors. Michelle was caring, sincere, knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. She prioritized the installation schedule since my tenant is a disabled elderly and So Cal hot weather without A/C can be devastating to her health....read full review

Honest. Did not charge me for simple repair (did not expect this). Continued to have problems with pilot which kept going out so I used Flood Air to repair it. Price was fair and problem was resolved on short notice. Used flood air again for workplace and the replaced condenser on the commercial unit at fair price. Again, showed up on short notice and fixed problem. Happy with service
