Chad and his team did an amazing job redoing our entire HVAC system in our guest house. We found his pricing was very reasonable when shopping around. He and his team were friendly, very knowledgeable, and were in and out in a day. Highly recommend!

Chad helped us to solve our problem on the phone, without coming to our home. His 30 plus years experience, was the reason he was able to troubleshoot our problem, even though the schematic was correct. He knew modifications had to be made and with his guidance, we were able to get it make them.This could have been a big charge from other companies, but more important, he knew the problem immediately.. I’d called another company and I told them the same information, but they only offered only to schedule an appointment. Chad gave us, a first time customer, great customer service. I’d recommend him to anyone. He knows his field.

Hi, I can why Chad has 5 Stars. He came to my girlfriend’s house the heater wasn’t turning on. Chad did the diagnostic on the heater found the problem. It was the thermostat and quoted the price . Very reasonable price and she had it installed. Everything is working fine now. Thanks Chad for outstanding service. I would highly recommend calling Chad first for heating and air conditioning problems!!Jim Sweeney
