“Keeping the tradition of giving credit when due, we decided to share our recent experience with Antique Termite who had been a referral from our realtor. We contacted them when we found some mud tunnels forming on the front of our porch recently.After receiving a friendly hello from Kay when we called, she quickly fixed an appointment for us within the week. After checking the house, the inspector Luis sent a report as well as the recommended treatment plan shortly after. What really impressed us was when the treatment specialist, Oli came to start work. He arrived slightly earlier than the scheduled time of 930am. He was friendly and patient as he went through the items he would be working on that day. After realising that he had quite a bit to cover, he started working right-away, even skipping his lunch just to finish the work in a timely manner.We noticed Oli was very thorough in his work, cleaning up as he finished them in a methodical manner, both outside the structure as well as inside the crawlspace. The areas where he had to drill and pump in the chemicals were all very nicely patched up and barely noticeable. At the end he even shared some tips on what to look out for, eg. keeping mulch level away from the vents. Ask for Oli and Luis if you decide to give this company a try.I would definitely recommend them to my friends.“

“Fantastic experience every time EJ plumbing visits. Today, Christian installed a multi-stage under sink filter system. When I noticed the original installer (from another company) set the filter faucet askew, Christian took the extra time to uninstall everything and re-center the spigot. He also helped me adjust the gas connector hose to our kitchen range/oven so it would no longer be in the way of fitting flush with our counters. (Keeping the required air gap in back of course.) I’ve been bothered about that oven sticking out too far for years. Great Service! ?“

Travis from Giuliani Construction is the best contractor ever!!! NOTE: THESE GUYS KNOW HOW TO COLLABORATE WITH INSURANCE!

I had no idea how important that small fact would be until the terrible experiences i had with my past contractor. I had a fire about a year ago, and had so many headaches dealing with my old contractor whom not only REFUSED to work with insurance, but also refused to provide any type of detailed estimates or documentation to justify any of their work.

Travis came in, and had to take over a job that had already been partially started. Not only did he accomplish the difficult job of piecing together a puzzled mess that my past contractor left behind, but most importantly, he has been SUPER collaborative with insurance in providing everything they have required.

My past contractor honestly gave me severe trust issues with any type of future contractor. But what i love about Travis is that not only does he do the job right for his company, but also makes sure that he values YOU the customer in making sure that you get everything that you deserve as well. Super rare in this world of greedy contractors! He makes sure that everything is fair for everyone involved, and is done the right way.

All you want from a contractor is trust, and efficient hard work. Again, i will update this review when the job is done, but i couldn't be happier with Travis and Giuliani Construction!“

“This was an Emergency sewer clog. I had 3 grandchildren and two adults here with no working toilets. Roto Rooter were here within 1-2 hours. Christian and Michael both spent a few hours working very hard. Christian was professional, knowledgeable and went beyond. Michael was equally qualified and very knowledgeable. He also took the time to explain the issues to me. I would use them again 100%“
