The technician showed up early in my 2 hour window which was greatly appreciated. It was a small(space) but big(very soiled) job. It looked amazing in the end. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

We had Genesis do our carpet, they did a great job! They were very easy to communicate with and schedule, and their estimates process was helpful.There may be cheaper deals but it isn't worth it compared to Genesis' quality of work!We also had them do our kitchen tile, and it looks like new! Our experience with Genesis Carpet has been tremendous. We work primarily with Andrew who has gone above and beyond to help us keep our carpets looking great.Recently, we spilled some coffee on our family room wall-to-wall carpet. Unfortunately, the spill went beyond the top carpet into the padding below. Andrew has returned to clean the stubborn stain three times (without charging for the additional two visits).
