Had issue in a bedroom ceiling that 3 roofers looked at but not one went into attic or did any kind of investigation to determine actual source of the problem. Two roofers provided bids ranging $7-$8500 to either replace section of roof or add ridge vent (claiming insufficient attic ventilation...)Only ServPro of Campbell came with proper tools and mindset to do a thorough job. Working together we found bathroom duct had disconnected from roof vent and a second location had a failed gasket. My hunny reattached duct (no cost) and got $21 fix at HomeDepot for failed gasket. Total ServPro cost to investigate, prepare and protect the work space, remove damage, repair, and paint was less than $3k.They fit me into their schedule despite my need for tight turnaround and very single person on my project showed up on time, was courteous & friendly, professional, knowledgable, willing to actually trouble shoot and collaborate with me.
