“Cavanaugh has been the shining light in an otherwise bad situation with Fidelity Home Warranty concerning getting a new AC Unit shipped and installed in our home. For their part, Cavanaugh was great and very sympathtic to our plight. They even ended up going down and picking up the unit themselves. Being that we live in the desert and were without AC in our bedrooms for eleven (11) weeks in the middle of the summer, we were not in the best of moods and vented many times to Cavanaugh during this long process, even though none it the issues were their fault.Special thanks to MaryAnn in the office and Guststovo the technician who installed to unit who were very patient and went the extra mile to keep us informed and did a great job on the install and follow up.Great company, very good people.
