My 95 year old father's A/C broke down at the start of the July 23 heatwave. I got bids $6800-$13k to get it replaced. Called Jean at Palm Desert A/C & Heating. We have been full time residents for 4+ years and have been customers of Palm Desert A/C with the yearly service contract. Always timely in bi-annual maintenance service. When we have had cause for attention with the air conditioning system, they have addressed our concern as soon as humanly possible. The technicians are polite, knowledgeable and make all repairs for customers with safety, health and comfort. We find their pricing to be fair and reasonable.
