“Jason came out on a scorching day, a year ago to my sister's place. He was very polite, honest, fair priced, quick to get our AC up and running again us. He replaced a capacitor for the AC. Ever since that day we Only call jason to service and maintain our unit. Maintenances three months before summer and three months before winter, change the air filter every three months I enjoy doing that on my own, and clear away anything around the out side unit. It's okay to take a water hose to the AC outside. Anything to help prolong the life of your unit. Is what's best. I feel that much more knowledgeable after Jason explains his work. Keep up the great work.“

“Cavanaugh has been the shining light in an otherwise bad situation with Fidelity Home Warranty concerning getting a new AC Unit shipped and installed in our home. For their part, Cavanaugh was great and very sympathtic to our plight. They even ended up going down and picking up the unit themselves. Being that we live in the desert and were without AC in our bedrooms for eleven (11) weeks in the middle of the summer, we were not in the best of moods and vented many times to Cavanaugh during this long process, even though none it the issues were their fault.Special thanks to MaryAnn in the office and Guststovo the technician who installed to unit who were very patient and went the extra mile to keep us informed and did a great job on the install and follow up.Great company, very good people. Unfortunately, our repair was extensive and going through Fidelity was going to add an additional 7-10 days to the repair timeline, which we could not do. We chose to go direct with Earl's and were very pleased. Earl's understood our timeline dilemma. Andrew and Axel showed up promptly and completed our job professionally, timely, and left our home as they found it - even wiping down the attic access which most companies have not done.
