I recently needed service tried for 4hrs couldn't get ahold of them. Not surprised. Found a new company David Williams Plumbing and Electrical made a call scheduled an appointment. There Service Tech found the problem fixed it. We now have a dependable Company. Thank you. Todd

Mike at Preferred Plumbing is a good quick worker and more importantly a man of integrity. He installed two tankless water heaters to replace two obsolete heaters. I used the same manufacturer but because the units were upgraded it was difficult to replace the doors. Mike was persistent and the proper doors are currently in place. During the wait Preferred Plumbing kept in touch so that I did not feel abandoned. I recommend Preferred Plumbing. *** *****

We had a contract for twice yearly service and did not renew it for this year. So glad that we did not because we just found out that they did not seal off an air leak in the HVAC system. Who knows how long we have been losing cold air into the desert heat. Always new guys came out and we should have followed them around because we truly believe they did little if nothing. When we told one of their employees that after they cleaned the mini split filter last service all kinds of dirt blew out and landed on the bed whenever we turned it on he gave some kind of paltry excuse. Guess what, after he cleaned it this time it spewed even more junk out. It was never cleaned! Makes...read full review
