“We called WeFix Air Conditioning and Heating for issues with our air conditioner not cooling. Within 15 minutes we had them at our house in Palm Desert diagnosing the unit. We were shocked how quickly and they came and gave us a full explanation of the AC unit. We truly appreciated how knowledgeable and helpful the technician was. We’ve used a couple different AC services that service the Palm Desert area and this was the most comprehensive explanation and repair we’ve received. “After calling one of the Valley's most highly advertised AC companies and receiving a quote of $1200 for repairs, I was not happy. As Tech kept talking and adding more charges, I decided to get a 2nd opinion and paid him $88 for service call.I then called EFFICIENT AC, who I should have called in the first place. They came out within 1 day, did a total inspection, made some minor repairs which caused our original problem, recharged system. Cost $232. Eric, our tech, was knowledgeable, specific, courteous & finished in a timely manner..We are in our mid 80s and find many service companies are providing us inflated estimates thinking we'd just pay without questions.Wonder how they would feel if their parents or grandparents were taken advantage of.“

We called Desert cooler specialist and they came over right away to assess the situation. After they assess situation they gave me several quotes to choose from and they came and took care of the issue. “Dan is the man! We were about to pull the trigger on an hvac system replacement for a rental out in La Quinta. HVAC unit running 20+ hours a day trying to maintain 75 temp. with very little air coming through the vents. Contacted Dan after reading some online blogs and ND. Very glad I did. Very honest and good work. He came out and looked at our system. He recommended an indoor coil clean and a blower wheel clean and guaranteed we would notice a big difference. He spent a few hours cleaning it and sent us pictures along the way. Our hvac is running better than ever and he saved us tremendously. His assistant Julie was just as friendly.
