On 9/26/22 in the evening, we noticed our AC was not flowing cold air, only regular air. At first, we thought it was probably the compressor since our AC Unit was close to 10 years old. I went on to Yelp and read many reviews. I chose PB Mechanical Air Services. I called them the next day on Tuesday, 09/27/22. I talked to Steve and explained the problem we were experiencing. He was very professional and said they could be out today between 12 noon and 2 pm. I agreed. In approximately 30 mins, Steve called and said they can have someone over within the hour. Highly recommend P&B! Steve is awesome! Our AC had a leak and we were out of AC for over 2 weeks in the middle of August with 115+ degree weather. Our home warranty company was taking forever to get the repair done and wanted to charge us an insane amount of money. My neighbor recommended us P&B, I called and Steve responded and scheduled the repair right away! His price was very reasonable, he was kind and professional, didn’t charge us for extra transportation costs, he was very thorough and clean with his work, and took the time to ensure that we had the correct diagnosis.
