“We have been coming to Higland Village Animal Hospital since our dog Sage was about 6 months old. Have been very pleased with the staff during every visit. They are very caring, knowledgeable & patient. I had Sage spayed here and they healed two ear infections. Today we saw the Dr. for a lump on Sage and are waiting to get results back…. I feel like I’m in good hands at this veterinary hospital and you will be too! Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of Sage!

Update: We received the fine needle aspiration results back on Sages lump showing it was inflammation most likely from the shot they gave her for her ear infection a few weeks prior. We are so relieved it’s nothing serious. We appreciate that the Dr. was willing to do the extra testing that we requested to put our mind at ease.“
“They are very personable, very caring. I have no doubt when I take my dog there that she’s going to get the best care possible. Love this place!!!“
“Great place..
Very friendly
Quick to help..
I recommend everyone to come and check it out“
“Amazing staff . Dr Han is the only one I trust to treat my animals . His knowledge, compassion and honesty and goes above and beyond. Thank you for all you do for my animals.“
“Caring staff and affordable prices. I brought my senior dog with a heart condition and the staff there made me feel very comfortable that they were able to care for her appropriately.“
“The staff was quick to help and was so kind and compassionate to our dog. The dr. took her time to let our dog get acquainted with her before assessing his issues. We felt heard and cared for during the entire appointment .“
“Staff is always super nice and welcoming. I always feel like my fur baby is in good hands here“
“This is the best pet hospital I’ve ever been too. They truly care and are so much more affordable than any other options I’ve ever been too. My dog has epilepsy and they always have done their best for him and given him amazing treatment so far, I drive well over an hour to come to this vet office because of how superior they are.“
“Killed my dog for me cause she was already on her way. Helped put her out of her misery and cheap. Still did a quality if life check like all others so they won't just put down just any animal if you pay. Totally trust them also great customer service ?“
“I made an appt my dog was seen. Dr. Rex took care of the problem. Thank you Doctor. You and your staff are good people.“
“East Valley Pet Hospital is where I take my dogs, and that alone speaks volumes. I still prefer to give them shots myself. Mainly use a trained veterinarian to offer another opinion. No matter how knowledgeable you may get in any field in life, the practicing professional tends to be up-to-date with the current science, and not to be taken lightly. It’s when one thinks that they know it all and resist learning that they become stagnant. Always be excited to acquire new information to add to your knowledge…I love to be corrected by a professional. They tend to explain the connections behind the science in a concise manner and in a very short amount of time….“
“This vet is amazing!!!! I seriously can't thank them enough for taking such good care of our guinea pig. We were struggling to find a local vet that takes exotic animals, the only other one we found was a specialist in Pasadena but they are extremely expensive. Our guinea pig had a cyst growing inside of her ear canal, they were able to drain it and send a sample to the lab for testing. She is back at home and back to her old self again as if nothing even happened! I was really worried it was going to be something more serious because guinea pigs don't tolerate anesthesia and surgery very well, but thankfully they were able to do a minor sedation instead and our appointment was at 11am and she was totally done by 1pm, super quick service that I truly appreciate! Also the staff was amazing and friendly from the receptionists to the vet! And the place itself is stunning, feels very upscale and that they truly care about their customers and our experience there. I highly recommend coming here!“
“The doctors have always been kind and caring and Dr. Coleman saved my cat’s life when two emergency hospitals couldn’t diagnose her problem. Dr. Malone has been treating my cat with multiple health issues and is keeping her conditions in check.“
“Been coming here for many years. Prices are pretty much on par with other vets! Everyone is friendly and helpful.“
“Dr Rex always takes great care of my pets. The ladies are always very welcoming.

I appreciate you all.“
“Great vet, they care a lot about the animals they treat. Been around forever. Just a little more expensive.“
“Thank you for providing excellent care for Felony and suggesting training tips and supplements!“
“Love the Doctor and staff. Been going their since the early 90,s .Took care of all my animals.“
“Even after moving...we still bring our fur kids here. They're patient, caring, knowledgeable, & simply the best. You can't find better. Dr. DiCarlo hires the best staff & has high expectations of them. They approach all pets like they are their own.“
“We have been bringing our dogs and cats to the Redlands Animal Hospital for decades. The staff is caring and excellent. I can't speak more highly of them.“
“Arrowview has saved 2 of my cat's lives. Sure you have to wait but you can't beat the prices and they care about your pet. If I could give 10 stars I would. Expect to wait but the prices are worth it and the staff is amazing.“
“I had to take my 12 year old Chihuahua to the emergency vet on 07/21/2024 and overall I had a good experience. The facility is very nice, everything is clean and you don't feel like you are in a vet office. They did warn me upfront about the long wait (4-6 hours) but stated that I could leave and come back if I needed to, once my dog was triaged. It took about 40 minutes for someone to come and triage my dog, which was expected. From there, my dog was kept in the back to begin testing and treatment. My only concern or complaint is that once my dog was taken back for triage, I did not feel the communication was great. I heard them call a "code critical" for her which prompted the front desk to call me up for payment, before they would start any treatment. I had to pay $1100 up front, which I would have paid no matter what, but no one was able to tell me why she was "critical" and what their concerns were. From there, I probably had to wait 2-2.5 hours to talk to the vet. I did continue to ask for updates, but was told they were still waiting for the test results. When I did meet with the vet, he was very nice and professional and was able to talk me through the findings. One important factor to consider if you are needing to come here is that they do not have the capability to perform an Echocardiogram. My dog did need one and they were able to provide a list of possible places to go. My dog needed an Echocardiogram to be able to properly diagnose, but this office was able to get her stable and start some of the care she needed. Overall, it was a good experience considering why I was there. They were able to help my dog and I did not feel like I was getting ripped off by any means. My only critique would be the amount of time it took to meet with the vet and talk through their concerns and why they had requested all of the testing. I would most definitely come back if I needed to, but hopefully I don't need to.“
“At 1 am we had to make the hardest decision, as a pet owner we ever had to make. We knew it was time to take our precious dog in, because we could not let him suffer and wait until the morning for his normal vet to open. We called around and decided to go here. Everyone at this place was great. Our dog could not walk and they brought out a stretcher to wheel him in. Everything was explained to us, step by step on what would happened and we were told we could take as much time as needed to say goodbye. We were taken a beautiful room with nice decor and dim lights. It just made it seem more like home instead of a cold examination room. When they brought out our dog he was still on the stretcher but had been placed over a nice blanket and he had a blanket on him. We took our time saying our goodbyes and no one rushed us. Even the vet talked to him and reassured us for various reasons we already knew we were making the right decision. Obviously, we left heartbroken but happy that the staff was so caring. Two weeks later we received this hand written card from the staff with his name inside. It just a small little token that made our experience here a great one.“
“A great place to take your fur babies! They treat you like you're the only pet in the world. Always feel special?“
