We recently had to put my dear cat of 18 years to sleep, they were able to fit us in very timely. The staff and Doctor were incredibly kind and sympathetic to myself and family, but most importantly our cat. Lovely clean facility and caring and knowledgeable staff. Thank you everyone to Oak Glen Animal hospital, we truly appreciate the compassion and kindness of your staff.

I had initially hoped to give this place a higher rating because I believe the dog received adequate treatment. However, I was disappointed by the fact that the initial and follow-up check-ups were never conducted in front of us. As animals cannot speak for themselves, I was seeking exceptional treatment rather than just good treatment. Furthermore, they also forgot about us in the room for a few hours, which added to my overall dissatisfaction.

I have always loved this centenary office, however I recently had a terrible experience with the veterinary clinic I have been taking my dog to for the past 5 years. It is disheartening to say that the staff, particularly Jessica, who answered the phone, was extremely rude and lacking in any compassion or understanding for animals.I called the clinic to request a 3-day prescription for my dog, as I was awaiting an order to come in the mail. Instead of offering any assistance or understanding, Jessica responded with an unapologetic and dismissive attitude.
