Everyone here is professional & kind. Everyone works hard to be efficient & yet show compassion & take the time for some of the harder situations that come through the door. I’m grateful to have such a great facility so close to home.

10 out of 10 they were so nice, the service was fast but yet allowed me all the time I needed to say goodbye to my dog. the process was gentle and respectful they treated my dog so good and usually my dog can get a little aggressive with strangers but yet my dog was very comfortable and happy around the doctors and nurses, they were very gentle with her.goodbyes are so hard and im grateful they gave me and my dog time, a comfortable space and privacy for my last moments with her.the place is clean presentable and the price to their services was reasonable. Thank you to staff .

On a rainy night last weekend, I brought my cat Pip in who had thrown up blood after ingesting a piece of pompous grass. He also had a swollen stomach With no apparent causes. I had been told that the wait would be 6 to 8 hours. However, after a wait of only a couple of hours, I was seen by the technician Lorenzo and then Dr Keighley. She outlined a plan for his diagnosis to figure out what was going on and told me to go home about midnight as it would take several hours to run the test and get the results back. The next morning Dr Townsend called to give me an update and results in a very clear and understandable way. More tests had to be run, but only with my permission...read full review
