I’ve had to euthanize 3 of my pets thru out my life. It’s one of the worst things I’ve ever experienced as an animal lover. My most recent time was not even 3 weeks ago - Nov 15 2023. I’ve gone to 3 different places for this service and even more places for regular vet appointments. I feel my experience here at Highland Village Pet Hospital should be shared since I’m able to compare it to other pet hospitals. I’m pretty neutral on the other places. They provided a service and it wasn’t bad. But HVPH stands out to me as the best pet hospital around bc of how completely and extremely compassionate, caring and gentle they were with me and my cat. This place saved my dog, and I am grateful. Ivy had a hudge mass on her back, and Dr. Asaad was happy to take on the challenge. We got it tested, and it was cancer. They had her surgery booked less than a week later. The surgery went well, and my girl is well and thriving. I could not ask for anything more.

Took both my cats for spay and the staff were very friendly and caring. They treated my girls as if they were their own cats! Front office gals are so sweet.Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
