I called at 1:30 to see if they could see my kitty today. The doctor answered the phone and said they could see him at 5:30 ? Staff was super friendly. There wasn't much of a wait. You could tell the doctor cares about animals. Prices are affordable. Been going there for over ten years. I would recommend.

Ala Palm was professional and very thorough. The Dr. Could have easily charged us more and taken the diagnosis in a different direction for my pets condition. I feel he is a very honost and caring person. The whole staff was great. Thank you Ala palm

I went to Ala-Palm for a second opinion after being told that I would have to put my cat down. They were caring and knowledgeable, and they went the extra mile for little Patches. She's home now and recovering. Her injuries were bad, but she is healing. Also, they didn't charge me $600 for an x-ray, like the other vet. It was only $75. They saved my cat's life and my breaking heart.
